Instruction to get back your confirmation email

If you have registered an account but you did not confirm your registration via email, you CANNOT login to it because your account has not been activated successfully.  After 24 hours, the confirmation link to your email will be expired. You need to resend a new confirmation link to your account again.

Please follow these steps to re-activate your account:

Step 1: Please access to your email and open the confirmation link by clicking the “Confirm” button. If you can not find your email, please go to and login by your information.

Step 2: You will be transferred to a new website which allows you to resend a confirmation email to activate your account. After that, you need to click the “Resend the confirmation email”.

Step 3: A new confirmation email will be sent to your account. Please check carefully all of your mailboxes and spam to make sure that you won’t miss it and confirm your email by clicking the “Confirm” button.
